Clinical services

Psychiatry Services offers both outpatient and day hospital care for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric disorders:

  • schizophrenia spectrum disorders and at Risk Mental States
  • mood disorders
  • anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, PTSD
  • personality disorders
  • pathological addictions
  • Autism Spectrum Disorders in adulthood

Treatment:

  1. assessment of psychopathological state through clinical interview and psychometric measures
  2. psychopharmacological treatment: oral, infusional and intramuscular using long acting injectable antipsychotics
  3. treatment using brain stimulation techniques in collaboration with the Neurology Unit
  4. application of psychiatric rehabilitation protocols
  5. early treatment of at risk mental states
