The Customer Care Office (URP, Ufficio Relazioni con il Pubblico) strives to facilitate the relationship between UCBM Hospital and its users, providing information on the clinical services it offers.
The Customer Care Office is also responsible for collecting complaints and reports of malfunctions which can be reported by telephone, post or e-mail or by going to the office in person (download the complaints form).
The URP is responsible for the annual quality check of the services offered by the hospital. User satisfaction is measured through the analysis of an outpatient satisfaction questionnaire and an inpatient satisfaction questionnaire.
Questionnaires are available at the hospital admissions and reception desks. Completed questionnaires can be placed in the questionnaire collection boxes located throughout all the hospital facilities and its branches. By completing the questionnaire, you will be making a valuable contribution to the improvement of our services, for the benefit of entire hospital community.
